My Hatha flow classes are a great way to work within your body’s parameters to build stamina, flexibility and strength at your own pace. Each class focuses on a different core area of the body, teaching poses and technique to help you progress towards your goal safely. I cap my class-size at 15, so that I can modify alignment and tailor my lesson plans around your unique needs. Whether you want to lose weight, improve flexibility, or rebuild emotional strength, I can incorporate your intentions.
I offer yoga classes in blocks of four, with discounts available for those wanting to commit termly (10 weeks). Every yoga class carries a theme, so that you can experience poses differently each time.

As an ex-gymnast and health PR with 15 years' yoga experience, I was inspired to teach classes to share my knowledge for what I have learnt both physically and through the written word. I now love teaching hatha flow, pregnancy, postnatal and mother and baby classes in and around Southampton. My classes are vinyasa (sequence) based, starting with centering and warm up, moving through sequential poses toward a peak pose, and then counter poses to breathing and relaxation. My mantra is 'practise makes perfect' and I believe that it is only through dedicated practise that you can truly reap the rewards.
