British Wheel of Yoga trained, to teach yoga to adults, also trained to teach children & teenagers with Calm for Kids. A key focus in these classes is on the correlation between mind, body & breath.
Emily currently runs 5 classes a week from Edwardian Lodge, plus a Tuesday morning class at Tidworth Leisure Centre. Private 1-2-1's or small groups can be arranged, please contact Emily to discuss.
