Every week we do something different, keeping our bodies and minds active. A regular yoga practice is just what you need to reduce stress and anxiety. It will also help improve your posture, as well as giving you a full body workout and the opportunity to find some physical and emotional strength and space.
The class is suitable for beginners and those with previous Yoga experience
