Initially, OrcKid Yoga provided yoga specifically for children, operating in Primary schools across Dorset - hence the 'K' in OrcKid. However, as we have grown and developed the inspiration and enthusiasm to bring OrcKid Yoga to others and all areas of life, we now also provide yoga for Teens and Adults. Essentially Hatha yoga - I offer an eclectic style to suit differing needs of different age groups, in the hope that a little enjoyment and a little peace can be felt by all.
