A course of six sessions starting Monday April 16th 2012. For students who are beginner/improver stage or perhaps who have had a practice in the past and wish to come back to yoga.
These classes offer relaxation, meditation and breathing exercises and physical postures (asana). Class size limited to 8 students.

I first tried yoga some 15 years ago. It did not strike the right chord with me immediatley but after finding a style and teacher that suited me I was hooked.
More recently I embarked on a teacher trainer course with the British Wheel of Yoga, while continuing with my 'day job' as an acupuncturist. I find that the two blend together well.
