We do combination of Hatha and Raja yoga, so we work completely with all body and mind, our classes consist from yoga stretching, Breathing, strengthening work, flexibility work, yoga positions and big part of each class is relaxation or meditation, we also do nutrition etc.
Each of our class is 1,5hours long and all classes are mixed level, as we found it works very well, as we always show different modifications for different levels and we give special attention to each person.
