Hatha Flow Yoga (also known as Viniyasa Flow) is a dynamic style of yoga in which a variety of traditional poses are linked to each other and the breath to create flowing sequences.
Yoga helps to develop flexibility, strength, coordination and balance, and brings a general sense of calm and well-being.
