This is an online Hatha Vinyasa Flow Class.
The classes are perfect for beginners or experienced Yogis. They are guided in a clear manner, and focus on building strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
If you are suffering from anxiety, lower back of hip pain or sciatica, this classes are great for helping relieving stress both mentally and physically.

I am a RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. My classes are a mixture of Hatha and Yin flow styles and aim to engage the mind and the body whilst creating presence, peace of mind and focus.
My classes are ideal for building strength and flexibility, whilst also creating calm, balance and for helping to bring you inner harmony into your everyday life.
Everyone is welcome to attend as this class is open to all levels of abilities from beginners to intermediate as the class can be personally scaled to increase difficulty.
The classes are offered online. I am from the UK, currently living in Melbourne, Australia.
