An invigorating yoga class to bring you vitality as well as a sense of peace and presence with a beautiful balance of physical challenge and the more subtle aspects of inner work that yoga incites.
This class involves:
sun salutations,
pranayama (breathwork),
a variety of poses (usually presented with easier variations)
mantras
meditation and yoga nidra.
general class theme or a touch of yoga philosophy
It is suitable for all levels including beginners although more indicated to those who have already practised yoga before.

Hi, I am Cristina. I am from Brazil and have been living in the UK for over a decade now. I've trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with Camila Reitz.
I am also a mum to 2 young boys who keep me busy when I am not planning or teaching Yoga classes and courses.
I am known for my energy, spontaneity and joy and this comes through as I teach my yoga classes.
