hatha yoga - all levels

This class include Pranayama (breathing exercises), deep stretches and a flowing asana (posture) sequence and guided relaxation. Standing, Inverted, forward bends, back-bends, sitting, balances and twists are practiced. Suitable for all levels (if you are a complete beginner we recommend that you enrol on one of the beginners courses).
