Alex has been teaching Classical Hatha Yoga for the last 15 years.
She is able to teach a wide variety of methods and is an inspiring, intuitive and celebrated teacher who will always structure her teachings according to a student’s ability. Her classes involve, asana, pranayama and relaxation.
She began her training in Wales and started out teaching disabled yoga at Rookwood hospital, this gave her a great foundation and taught her how important and incredible it is to move the body despite all the odds. Over time she has taught hundreds of people of all abilities and backgrounds.
Alex is trained in the Gitananda tradition of Southern India, she also holds an advanced teacher training certificate from Sivananda (ATTC). She has also studied the Anusara Immersion in London and has completed the Anusara teacher training in Bali.
She also studied to teach Pregnancy Yoga with Janet Balaskas at the Active Birth Centre and at Tri Yoga, Primrose Hill.
