Sinead Mc Kiernan Hatha Yoga Galway Ireland

Sinéad is a registered Hatha Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

She has a degree in Art and Design and had taught many adult classes in the VEC and Galway City Museum. Sinead is also a qualified special needs assistant.

She studied yoga in Mysore, India and teaches in Galway city, Spiddal and Clifden.
