This class is very accessible for beginners or regular yoga students. We focus on full, deep breathing and body alignment in postures to enhance well-being and correct poor physical habits.

I have been practicing Yoga for 28 years now and teaching since 1993. I have received extensive training in Iyengar, Ashtanga and Tibetan Yantra Yoga. I am registered with Yoga Alliance (USA) as an ERYT500 Teacher. My classes are very accessible, with Yoga tailored to the individual capacity at any level.
