An 8 week course of classes exploring a theme. Currently we are looking at the Chakras. Each class includes; breathing practices to centre you, limbering up exercises to prepare main muscles and joints, asana (postures) to strengthen tone and improve flexibility, pranayama (breathing practices) to quieten the mind, guided relaxation and meditational practices to soothe the spririt.
