An 8 week course exploring a theme. Currently we are looking at the chakras. Each class includes breathing practices to centre you, limbers to prepare the main joints and muscles, asana (postures) to work on flexibility and strength, pranayama (to calm the mind) and guided relaxation and meditational techniques to soothe the spirit. I am an authenitic and experienced teacher.
