Lara Bricknell

I have been teaching yoga to adults in Gloucestershire since 2006 since beginning to practice myself in 1990.

Everyone is welcome, everyone can do some yoga, no one can do everything, including me.

Classes include work on asanas (postures & movement), which improve strength, flexibility and balance with focus on breathing, followed by relaxation or meditation.

I also hold a WPF recognised course in counselling skills (2012).
