It is a beautiful light and airy hall with a dedicated car park, lots of heaters for when it gets cosy plus a kitchen and lounge area.

I’m a British Wheel of Yoga 500 hour qualified teacher (with the wonderful Sarah Beck as my tutor). I’ve been teaching yoga for 7 years and practising for more than 20 years. In addition to my main teacher training I have also completed 200 hours of additional training including Yin yoga, Vinyasa, Anatomy and Ayurveda
