Hi I am Karina I have been teaching yoga since qualifiying in 2005 at the Ayurveda Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I am passionate about teaching yoga and the communities that my classes create.

I teach Hatha yoga classes for beginners and intermediate level. Two pregnancy yoga classes per week in barnet for pregnant ladies. Two Mother and Baby yoga classes per week in High Barnet.
I am also a Holistic core and restore coach, specializing in Pelvic health with Burrell Education.
