Lisa Burke has been practising Yoga for over 14years. She trained with YTTC in 2003 in Hatha Yoga and is certified with Yoga Alliance. She has also trained with Sada Sat Kaur and Sada Sat Singh in Kundalini Yoga Level 1 and has hosted the first Dublin Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at the Danu Yoga Centre, Ballinteer. Lisa's approach is very much heart centred with influences from such traditions as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Kundalini Yoga. She has also trained in Tera-Mai Reiki Level 3. She assists in bringing peoples awareness to their chakras through movement, breathwork, chanting and meditation.
