Mixed ability class for both men and women. We start with stretching & limbering to warm up, moving into standing postures, including balance postures, and into passive stretching towards the end of the class, 10-15 minute relaxation. There is a focus on the use of the breath in yoga & how to use to breath to maximise posture work. The venue is modern, clean and warm, a really friendly class.

Yoga can be adapted to any age, body shape, physical ability - I am to promote this in my teaching, to encourage and inspire people to practice yoga and ensure it is accessible for everyone. I have been teaching Hatha Yoga since 2011 and practising yoga myself since 1992. I hold a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) diploma qualification - a 500 hour in-depth course completed over a 2-3 year period. My classes are varied - I teach Corporate yoga, private sessions in your home, drop-in classes, gym classes and I am an experienced Prison yoga teacher. I run teacher training Diploma, Certificate and Foundation Courses in yoga.
