The classes are dynamic, at times challenging with a strong emphasis on postural alignment, yet relaxed and informal.
The classes are suitable for mixed abilities, variety of health conditions and requirements, as they incorporate elements of classic Hatha, Satyananda, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga.
Every session begins with a breath awareness exercise which is continued throughout the duration of the session and ends with relaxation or Yoga Nidra. This gives the participants an opportunity to learn some grounding stress management techniques that help to cope with anxiety, stress and depression.
