Hatha yoga classes including a warm up routine (e.g. Cat routine or Sun Salutations), a variety of postures (asanas) working all four movements of the spine, an inversion or semi inversion, a balance pose, breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation (nidra). It is best to wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating at least two hours before practicing.
The yoga studio is tranquil, clean and warm. Mats and blankets are provided. There is a cloakroom for the use of the yoga studio. It is a beautiful space for practicing yoga and meditation. A password required to book online please email. Please email for more details.
