Enjoy a Saturday morning yoga class in the beautiful setting of Rising Sun Countryside Centre overlooking Swallow Pond and the park.
Hatha Yoga classes from 9.45 to 11.15am. Contact me to check class dates I take a break in August and over the Christmas holidays. £5.50 when paying for a set block of classes of £8 drop in. Themed hatha yoga classes with a warm up, energising and calming postures finishing with a breathing practise and a mindful relaxation.
