I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, having completed my 200hr teaching diploma with Friends Of Yoga International (FRYOG) in 2007.

Wednesday- Lovedean Village Hall 7.00-8.30pm

Wednesday morning - Sacred Heart Church, Waterlooville
9.30-11.00am

All classes are £7.00 per session, paid in blocks
