These classes increase mind-body awareness and are flowing and meditative. The content of each class differs from week to week so that you can enjoy variety. Classes include breath work and alignment, and end with a period of relaxation. The feel of the sessions is meditative so that you leave feeling calm and relaxed, as well as stretched.

I have been teaching yoga for the last 6 years. I teach hatha, yin, partner, kids and prenatal yoga in particular. The name 'Middle Path Yoga' is an approach rather than a style of yoga. The Middle Path attitude helps to smooth out our own individual imbalances. Those of us with an excess of stress in our lives need a class that involves a good portion of relaxation techniques. For those who lead a more sedate life the emphasis could be placed on energising and fitness.
