Diana has been practicing yoga for twenty years and teaching for over 15. She is currently Chair of the British Wheel of Yoga and teaches the Foundation of Yoga 1 and 2 Courses at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre. Her classes are based on movement geared to each unique need of her students, providing them with the scope, confidence and pleasure of finding their own yoga that's ideal for them.
