Hi, I'm a Hatha Yoga Teacher, qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, (the Governing Body for Yoga in Britain) and I run regular Hatha classes in Leigh on Sea.

All classes are small & friendly (maximum 12 students) and take place in a warm, relaxing environment.

The classes are adapted to all abilities, including beginners.
They include Hatha Yoga postures practiced in flowing sequences, mindful breathing techniques and a closing relaxation session.
