Sail into the weekend with this lovely Friday morning class! All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. The class varies each week and there are always variations on the asana (poses) so that you can choose what works best for you and your body. The class includes asana practice, breathing and relaxation amongst a warm and welcoming group.
Please bring your mat if you have one (if not you can borrow one), a cosy blanket and an open mind :-)

I have had the pleasure of sharing Hatha Yoga in my locality since 2012 and currently run 9 regular weekly classes. I was drawn to teach through my passion for this beautiful practice and a desire to spread it's amazing properties with others. My classes are friendly, welcoming and open to all. Feel free to call me in advance if you would like to discuss any elements of attending.
There is no need to book or sign up. I appreciate that many people work shifts and life can get busy sometimes so it's lovely to come and practice when it suits you! I am also a qualified Yoga Therapist and work with people on a one to one basis. The healing properties of yoga are extensive and this work enables us to go deeper.
