I teach a hatha Yoga Class incorporating the different styles of yoga that I have over the years enjoyed. You will find a little bit of relaxation at the beginning and end of the class, sometimes a bit of Pranayama (breathing to relax body and mind) we usually do a warm up with some core work and possibly a dynamic flow section in the middle followed by some deep stretching. Come along and try us. I hope you enjoy it!
The class starts at 7.30pm and finnishes at 9pm
and costs just £8 (£7 if you pay for abook of 6 at £42)
