A more gentle class to offer some relief from day to day life. The class starts with gentle movements leading to a mix of stronger postures to develop strength, flexibility, balance and focus. The classes end with pranayama (breathing practices) and relaxation.

I started practising yoga 20 years ago to help me with the journey into parenthood. Yoga has since been with me every day. I have practised Iyengar, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga. I teach something I love hoping to pass at least some of its many benefits onto others.
