Open yoga classes include Pranayama (breathing exercises), deep stretches and a flowing asana (posture) sequence and guided relaxation. Standing, Inverted, forward bends, back-bends, sitting, balances and twists are practiced. This is a intermediate class so at least 2 years yoga experience required as the class works towards advanced variations and longer holding in the asanas. Sanskrit chanting and yogic philosophy.
