Each class will include warm up posturesto prepare the body for stronger asanas. There will be gentl breathing exercises to help develop a greater understanding of how the breath can help to centre the mind and body. Everything class concludes with meditation/nidra.

I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and welcome the opportunity to teach yoga from beginners level through to more experienced practitioners regardless of age, ability and physical fitness. I am a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) qualified Yoga Teacher (BWY) & Yoga Therapist through Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) (200RTY).
My classes start with a gentle warm up incorporating pranayama (breathworks), physical yoga using dynamic and static asanas carefully worked to achieve a seamless sequencing and flow followed by nidra (yogic meditation).
In addition I am a qualified nutritionalist and dietitian and enthusiastic about maintaining a healthy diet lifestyle to achieve maximum potential and encourage my students if required.
