Together we will practice a number of postures (asanas) which purify the body and keep our muscles and joints supple and healthy. Sometimes these will be in a sequence with synchronised breath – called vinyasa. This will culminate with relaxation, helping us to experience a calm, blissful state (samadhi).
Through the practise of yoga we unify the mind and body through the connection of movement (asanas) with breath (pranayama).
Hatha yoga regulates the breath, which stabilises the mind and helps us turn our focus towards the inner self.

I'm passionate about helping and caring for others by supporting them through their yoga experience and journey of self-discovery and healing. My aim is to – through yoga - empower my students, instilling positivity and self-belief, to make them aware of the wonderful things they can achieve both on their mat and in their everyday lives.
