I teach a small and friendly mixed ability class that allows time for personal exploration within the practice. My focus is very much on working to your own abilities, listening to the body and developing self awareness and mindfulness in each posture. You will leave the class feeling toned and relaxed. I am a fully qualified yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and have been teaching since 2006.
