My name is Chelsey and I am a British Wheel of Yoga Hatha yoga teacher. In my classes you can expect a mix of asana, pranayama, hands on adjustment and guided meditation techniques. My style of yoga has been influenced by a number of different yoga styles including jivamukti, anusara, sivananda, iyenger but the style of yoga I teach is accessible to all students of yoga you will increase your strength and flexibility and all will find a challenge whatever your yoga experience to date, but most importantly I aim for my yoga to be a fun and joyful experience.
