Drop in class for mixed abilities. Classes will focus on keeping the skeleton strong with a full and varied programme of postures including forward and backward bends, twists and strengthening exercises. Alternative postures are offered for those looking to advance their own practice. Relaxation and breathing exercises are also included to offer a balanced yoga class.

My name is Sandra Fisher and I am a British Wheel of Yoga trained teacher. I have been teaching yoga classes in Bury for 13 years and my style of yoga is Hatha. I am also trained to teach yoga for people with limited mobility and those who are living with cancer. I am available for one-to-one sessions for these specialisms and will be establishing a specific yoga programme for this area shortly.
