A class for all abilities, combining traditional and contemporary yoga practices.
We will draw primarily from 4 aspects of yoga:
Asana (physical exercises) for strength, flexibility, tension release, physical awareness and well being.

Meditation, for calmness, clarity, concentration and to harness the power of the mind.
