Come along to a class to stretch and strengthen for physical fitness, energy and a feeling of well being, suitable for all levels including beginners- mats available no need to book.
Tuesdays 7.00pm- 8.15pm at the Whittington Park Community Centre N19 4RS( Upstairs Hall)

It is also to increase their knowledge of the more subtle aspects of yoga, and empower people to deal with the stress of modern life, manage their lives more productively.
