Hatha Yoga

Hi, l am a fully qualified Yoga teacher. I completed a foundation course and 500 hour Teacher training course with the BWY and continue my training constantly with work shops, retreats and trips to India. I have been teaching Yoga for eight years and have taught health and fitness for 30 years. My Hatha Yoga classes are for everyone, they are for any age and mixed ability, as I demonstrate different levels within a class.
