Hayley has been involved in health and wellbeing as a personal trainer and massage therapist helping people to be empowered and look after their health for 20 years. After travelling extensively studying and teaching different meditation techniques she decided to bring it together and completed her yoga training in London at YMCA.
Her approach is calming and empowering and you will finish your class feeling good about yourself and relaxed.
Hayley teaches Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
