The emphasis is on releasing tension from the muscles and re-discovering a more natural and comfortable posture and function of the body. The process is enjoyable and relaxing. Suitable for everyone whatever level of fitness you do, or don't consider yourself to have.

I began my journey in yoga over 30 years ago and have been taught by teachers from various different yoga backgrounds over the years. I completed my yoga teaching training with the Inner Yoga trust in 2008, and have been teaching in Bristol since then. For several years now I have been learning from teachers who trained with Vanda Scaravelli or are pupils of her pupils. Alongside asana I also practise Vedic chanting.
