Welcome to Yoga on Up. My name is Sue Pearson and I’ve been practising yoga for many years. I qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel Of Yoga in 2019. I teach Hatha yoga, a monthly Relax and Restore yoga, and occasional Mediation classes online and in the Grimsby area for beginners and those wanting to further develop their practice, with a particular focus on breathing techniques and relaxation. Private classes are also available.
