I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher and also hold a BWY Meditation certificate.
I teach Hatha Yoga which builds strength and confidence whilst increasing suppleness and breath awareness.
My classes are beginners/intermediate and I teach privately, Company Yoga, in Health Clubs and 15+ in High schools.
