Hatha Yoga (slow movement of the body into poses that work on strength and flexibility) suitable for beginners or those with established practise. In these classes we will gently introduce key asana (poses) and basic pranayama (breathwork) and go on a voyage of discovery together as we explore the basics of a solid yoga practise that you can take anywhere.

Following a ten year battle with a degenerative back condition that resulted in me not being able to turn over in bed, at the age of 50 ...I found yoga.
Like so many I started slowly, one class a week led to two...led to five,six or seven!
Now 6 years later I am passionate about sharing the difference Yoga can make to your body, the positive relationship with your body, and your ability to move.
