Taking time to breathe out and slow down at the end of the day encourages the body to rebalance and restore. It also promotes good sleep which is vital for our health and wellbeing.
Please bring your own mat and a blanket … and try to arrive at least 10 mins before the class starts so we can settle into our space and start on time.
