Workshop style class varying from very gentle to more dynamic and challenging to provide a broad range of experience of yoga. Some classes are very gentle and some are more demanding so you get a variety of sessions. Some adjustment in postures may be done for students who like a hands on approach.

I have been teaching hatha yoga for over 15 years and Kundalini yoga since 2010. Yoga is more than a physical workout and I am passionate about the philosophy and more subtle aspects of yogic practices as well as enjoying the benefits of a regular asana and meditation practice.
