A balanced and nourishing class following the traditional practice of Hatha yoga, including breathing exercises, postures, meditation and relaxation. Hatha yoga has numerous benefits for the body and mind, including physical fitness and well being, increasing strength and flexibility, releasing stress, improving sleep and promoting inner harmony and peace of mind.

Earthlife is located in the arches under Kew Bridge and we offer a range of Yoga classes for all abilities. All our teachers are highly trained and experienced and you will always receive a warm welcome in a calm and relaxing environment. We aim to keep our classes quite small with a maximum of 8/9 adults in any mat-work class. Please contact us for bookings or more information.
