My classes include physical exercises as well as breathing and relaxation, for different people's abilities. I teach different breathing techniques. My aim is to create a balance between body and mind working towards a healthy body and a clear mind.

I started practicing yoga when I was pregnant with my son in 2000. In 2007 I started the yoga diploma course with the British Wheel of Yoga and decided to start teaching in order to pass the benefits of yoga to others.
My approach to yoga is one of healing as I have been living with a chronic condition for many years and yoga helps me to live a normal life.
