Classes take place in modern, bright studio space, in a friendly, relaxed environment!
Michelle’s Hatha yoga classes for a mixed ability and suitable for complete beginners.
Classes include, postures (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation. Postures are taught in stages, to find the right stage suited for you to work with, providing a well-balanced and enjoyable class, with the aim to develop strength, flexibility and freedom in the body; and to create a safe space for students to connect and develop their own yoga practice journey.
