The class starts with ‘Centring’ the mind via breathwork techniques which calm and focus your mind for the class, warm-up and loosening muscles and joints.
A wide variety of postures are covered with emphasis on spinal movements from standing to sitting to forward and gentle backbends, side bends and twists. At the end of each class there is a long Relaxation for 10mins.

I qualified as a yoga teacher in 2008 from the Yoga Therapy Ireland training organisation. (I am now also a member of this organisation.) I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years, and teaching for 7. Additionally I have studied pregnancy yoga, and yoga for children. I offer classes in the North County Dublin area, for beginners, improvers and mums-to-be. I believe yoga is open to everyone and Yoga is a fantastic tool for life as it helps on so many levels physically, mentally and emotionally.
